Refund Policy
Premium access is sold as a one-time 30-day or 365-day purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
1. Seven-day request period
You may request a refund within seven calendar days after the purchase date. Local mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where they provide additional protection.
2. How to request a refund
Email suporte@emailmassa.com.br with the subject "EmailMassa refund request" and include the email address used for the purchase. A reason is optional but helps us improve.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The time needed for the credit to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.
4. Access after a refund
When a refund is approved, the Premium access linked to that payment may be deactivated. There is no recurring billing to cancel.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you believe a payment was duplicated or processed incorrectly. Include the purchase email and any Stripe receipt reference you have.
