Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the EmailMassa Chrome extension and related services.
1. Service
EmailMassa helps users prepare and send personalized email campaigns through a connected Gmail account. Features may include recipient import, personalization, scheduling, follow-ups, templates, and engagement tracking.
2. Acceptable use
You must use EmailMassa lawfully and comply with Gmail policies, anti-spam rules, privacy laws, and consent requirements that apply to your recipients. You may not use the service for unsolicited spam, fraud, harassment, malware, phishing, or unlawful content.
3. Your Google account
You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all campaigns you initiate. EmailMassa uses Google OAuth and does not receive or store your Google password.
4. Sending limits
The Free plan currently supports one campaign per day and 100 campaigns in total. Active Premium access supports up to 500 emails per day. Google may apply additional account-specific limits. Limits may change to protect deliverability, security, or service reliability.
5. Premium access and payments
New Premium purchases provide access for either 30 or 365 days. Each purchase is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and does not authorize recurring charges.
Premium access begins after payment confirmation and expires at the end of the purchased period. You may choose to make another one-time purchase later.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Approved refunds may end the associated Premium access.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Gmail, Google APIs, Stripe, network providers, or browser changes may temporarily affect functionality.
8. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for recipient consent, campaign content, list quality, and legal compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailMassa is not liable for indirect losses, blocked accounts, undelivered messages, spam classification, or third-party service interruptions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or providers change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
